As a commercial Data Analyst at Impiricus, you will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, supporting client-facing teams with actionable insights, and managing target list development. Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics and identify key insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams on client-facing presentations.
- Ad-hoc Commercial Analysis
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations.
- Support the expansion and growth of business development efforts by providing data-driven insights from internal and external data sources.
- Analyze cross-brand performance and proactively identify trends to inform business decisions.
- Target List Management
- Execute and validate target list matches for client campaigns.
- Develop and optimize target lists for campaign execution.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in list development.
1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilities
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively across teams
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools highly preferred
