HOW A DATA ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT • Data Collection and Analysis on the organization's current technology assets (hardware, software, infrastructure) to identify obsolescence or areas needing updates. • Maintaining and monitoring asset inventories to track hardware and software components slated for refresh. • Ensure systems and equipment adhere to lifecycle plans, identifying when replacements or upgrades are needed based on age, performance, and business requirements. • Work with stakeholders to prioritize refresh efforts based on urgency, business value, and budget constraints. • Evaluate the financial impact of refresh initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses of retaining versus replacing aging technology. • Partner with engineers, project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to execute refresh strategies efficiently. • Assess risks associated with delays or failures in updating critical technologies and proposing mitigation plans. Bachelors in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of data analysis experience. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations for refresh strategies. • Knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems, asset management, and technology lifecycles. • Ensuring accurate tracking of asset inventories and refresh schedules. • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, or CMDB tools). • Location: On Customer Site • Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
