Marsh McLennan Agency’s Midwest Region is a full-service brokerage providing business insurance, employee benefits, private client insurance, and retirement services to businesses and individuals across the country. As our Senior Data Analyst- Employee Health & Benefits on the analytics team, you’ll ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts. You will review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats. 3+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role • Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting • Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain upon hire Medical, dental, vision, 401K benefits and more • The flexibility to work at home or an office, based on your discretion and schedule • All the nitro cold brew coffee and sparkling water you can drink • MMA Midwest has created an award-winning culture largely due to meeting our colleagues where they are, celebrating their differences and building an inclusive environment. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
