Pay Rate $19.00 an hour

Schedule:

1. MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM
2. Occasional weekends required (for hiring events or staffing needs)
3. This is an on-site position

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Hiring
• Source candidates through job boards, community networks, referrals, and social media
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
• Host walk-in interviews and assist with hiring events
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding tasks including I-9s, document collection, ADP setup, and new-hire orientation

• Administrative & HR Support
• Maintain candidate records and trackers
• Prepare hiring packets and onboarding materials
• Assist with scheduling, emails, and data entry
• Support leadership with weekly staffing updates and reports
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• Operations Support (Occasional)
• Provide weekend support during peak season or urgent hiring needs
• Assist with light dispatch/admin tasks as needed

Working Conditions

• High-volume recruiting during busy seasons
• Occasional weekend availability required

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or office administration preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
