Job Summary
High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free VIP workouts and consults, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
- Nurturing leads through our trusted sales process.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Conducting client health checks with our athletes to ensure they are maximizing their training.
Qualifications
- Must be a high-energy individual with a contagiously positive attitude.
- Must have 1+ years in sales.
- Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
- Must have 1+ years of experience playing a sport or selling athletic products and services.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
