Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments and external partners.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant/Project Manager should have:
