What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process payroll, invoices, and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Use QuickBooks and other accounting tools to streamline workflows

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of accounting experience (bookkeeping, payroll, or general ledger)
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
