Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field operations for commercial, education, or healthcare ground up projects ranging from $1M-$10M+ Develop and maintain 2-6 week project schedules and logistics plans Manage subcontractors, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety Track labor, material, and equipment costs; Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and project stakeholders Enforce safety standards through regular inspections and training Mentor and coach field staff to build a high-performing team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
