Responsibilities Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors Qualifications Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills Prior food service industry experience is highly desired Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Compensation ~$3 hourly + tips #J-18808-Ljbffr
