With limited supervision, the Manager oversees daily FOH/BOH operations, including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and leadership. Position Details Assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, maintaining high employment standards aligned with the brand. Participate in the career growth of hourly team members. Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests. Comply with operational, safety, sanitation standards, policies, laws, and meet health inspection standards. Respond to guest comments, build loyalty, and set service standards. Have knowledge of the menu and preparation standards. Engage in community and market opportunities. Minimum Requirements One (1) year restaurant management experience. Flexible schedule availability. Minimum age 21 years. Preferred Requirements One (1) year full-service restaurant management experience, including bar. Food safety certification. Willingness to relocate within the region.
