Construction Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting functions for construction projects, including cost tracking and reporting
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to maintain accurate financial data
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Reliable, team‑oriented, and adaptable to a culture that values accountability and
ambition
Pluses: CPA but not required
