The Revenue Systems Manager will serve as the backbone of our go‑to‑market engine. You will architect our revenue tech stack and guard data integrity. The role is based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters and requires working in person at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do Systems Architecture & Strategy

Tech Stack Ownership – evaluate, implement, and integrate tools across the revenue funnel (CRM, Sales Engagement, Marketing Automation, Enrichment).

Process Engineering – design and build automated workflows to reduce manual entry and eliminate friction in the buyer journey.

Roadmapping – partner with leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements and long‑term systems projects.

Data Management & Analytics

Data Integrity – develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy across all platforms.

Reporting & Insights – build and maintain dashboards in the CRM to track KPIs.

Data Enrichment – manage third‑party data providers so the database contains high‑quality, actionable leads and accounts.

CRM Administration

Core Admin – handle all backend CRM configuration, including custom objects, validation rules, flow automation, and user permissions.

User Enablement – act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and provide training to ensure high system adoption.

Documentation – maintain a comprehensive “Systems Dictionary” and process documentation for all technical configurations.

What You’ll Have

4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a heavy focus on the technical backend.

2 years experience dedicated to the HubSpot ecosystem.

The “Architect” mindset – proven ability to map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic.

Communication – ability to explain complex technical “plumbing” to non‑technical stakeholders in a way that highlights business value.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).

JavaScript (Node.js) experience.

Experience developing and enforcing data quality policies and managing third‑party data enrichment tools.

Experience with automated workflow tools and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Zapier).
