ABOUT THE ROLE
Ironton, OH or Delaware, OH Full-Time Contract (6 months) with potential for extension or conversion This role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams through high-volume, full-cycle recruiting. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute hiring strategies, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver talent efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position is execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on ownership, process discipline, and results. ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned IT and Engineering requisitions in a high-volume environment Partner with HR Business Partners and business leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals Execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire talent across critical technical functions Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes Demonstrate success recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, including highly technical positions Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and candidate quality Leverage data, metrics, and trends to inform recruiting decisions and drive results Approach work with accountability, ethical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build stakeholder buy-in Ability to collect, analyze, and present recruiting data to various audiences Comfortable operating in a transformational, growth-oriented organization Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers Experience recruiting for project management and product management roles Corporate recruiting background strongly preferred Education
