S r. Specialist, Learning & Development
role: The Learning Consultant supports Learning Directors and Learning Partners in executing the L&D strategy through consulting and delivery of appropriate learning solutions. The candidate applies knowledge of key business priorities, processes, and best practices to design and deliver learning interventions that align with business outcomes and adult learning theory.
Responsibilities
Execute learning and development solutions in assigned business areas, partnering with business clients to ensure sustainable results.
Lead projects within portfolio of work to meet business requirements.
Provide subject‑matter expertise to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful.
Support definition of business and learning outcomes; measure and report impact of learning programs against metrics, and adapt solutions as needed.
Collaborate with peers to deliver a coherent, efficient, and strategically aligned approach to L&D planning and implementation.
Deliver or facilitate training content, or coach local L&D colleagues or global/local SMEs who will deliver or facilitate, as needed.
Manage and track financial commitments related to learning solutions.
Use data insights to influence solutions and outcomes.

Adult Learning Theory and Practice – Apply adult learning concepts to meet dynamic business needs.
Learning Needs Analysis – Assess competency gaps and identify learning needs for performance.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience (4+ years with Master’s degree).
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and 1 year of experience facilitating/delivering learning solutions.
Preferred
Master’s degree.
Experience in learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas; experience in applicable technical/professional areas pertinent to the division/function served (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing).
U.S. Hybrid Work Model Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office‑based positions in the U.S. will work a Hybrid model consisting of three total days on‑site per week (Monday–Thursday), with Friday designated as a remote‑working day, unless business critical tasks require an on‑site presence.
Salary Range $126,500.00 – $199,100.00
