Work Location 8003 Piedmont Triad Pkwy., Greensboro, NC 27409
Shift Monday – Friday 11 AM – 8 PM (6‑week training shift 8 AM – 5 PM).
Responsibilities This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work to support local end‑users, remote end‑users, and production lines. Additionally, this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Application Support Analyst goal is to achieve total end‑user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and working as a team. This is onsite Greensboro Uptime Center daily (not hybrid).
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in performing analytical, technical, and administrative work to support local end‑users, remote end‑users, and production lines.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
Solid Microsoft environment knowledge.
Desire to learn and be part of a team.
