Job Description Job Summary Seeking a Snowflake Architect with 10+ years of IT experience in BFSI and Insurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, and Snowflake utilities, with a proven track record of successful database migrations and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize data engineering solutions: data ingestion, data lakes, data warehouses, reporting, and analytics.

Develop and maintain big data pipelines, data reconciliation, transformation rules, and data flow diagrams.

Migrate databases to Snowflake using AWS and Azure.

Utilize Snowflake utilities: SnowSQL, Snowpark, SnowPipe, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, Time‑Travel, Resource Monitor, Data Sharing, Zero‑Copy Cloning, Data Masking, and Data Replication.

Apply query and cost optimization techniques in Snowflake.

Manage Snowflake account setup, cloud platform administration, and data integration/orchestration tools.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, with significant exposure to BFSI and Insurance.

Strong hands‑on experience in data engineering, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics.

Proficiency in Snowflake utilities and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Experience with big data pipelines, data reconciliation, and transformation.

Demonstrated success in database migrations to Snowflake.

Knowledge of Snowflake query and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills

Experience with data governance, security, and compliance.

Familiarity with ETL tools and modern data integration frameworks.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Additional Compensation This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
