Construction Litigation Attorney – Las Vegas, NV
The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) year of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Construction defect experience is preferred. Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois' Construction Litigation Practice is staffed by nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide and has successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases. The group focuses on litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex cases. Our attorneys have broad trial experience and have been recognized by the National Law Journal for obtaining top defense verdicts.
