Accessibility Tester
for a
Contract
job with a client in
Addison, TX(Hybrid) . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
Rate Range:
$45-50/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Perform accessibility testing on web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with WCAG, Section 508, and ADA standards.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
Utilize testing tools (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, AXE, Wave, etc.) to validate accessibility compliance.
Document defects, verify fixes, and participate in regression testing cycles.
Support automation efforts using
Selenium
where applicable.
Contribute to continuous improvement of accessibility testing processes and standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Accessibility Testing experience.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
Experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and color contrast tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Selenium experience is a plus.
