Experienced drivers earn up to $85,800 per year

Company Drivers
Pay: Up to $85,800 per year
CPM pay range: $0.54 - $0.64
$0.15/mi per diem pay, up to $440 per week
Additional fuel and safety incentive: $0.02/mi
Home every 2 weeks
$1,500 sign-on bonus
$500 orientation pay
Dry van freight; 100% no-touch; 60% drop and hook
$20 Stop Pay excluding first and last delivery
Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
2022 - 2026 equipment
High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers
Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home)
Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 22 years of age
Company: 1 year recent OTR experience
Lease: 6 months recent OTR experience
No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
