to lead our well‑established small‑animal practice in the heart of Riverton, Utah. The
Veterinary Hospital Manager
will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities Operational oversight of our hospital including leadership of technicians and receptionists; managing financial and business development of the practice, including budgeting and key performance indicators; overseeing client care and ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates with strong problem‑solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
If you have experience in veterinary management and business operations OR have experience as a Lead RVT, we encourage you to apply!
