Lead – Sales & Business Development

who will join our team at

Global Customer Care Directorate . Set global pricing for spare parts and accessories for MDA and SDA products, Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and conduct periodic evaluations, plan projects, track deadlines, and ensure operational excellence, Build revenue models with global and local partners, Systematic definition and management of customer discounts and special pricing (Master Data Management), Monitor and report unpriced parts pricing through Digiport, emails, and related software, Ensure accuracy in material data and price calculations through software controls, Manage and coordinate customer communications during the price update process, Conduct market and competitive analysis to support benchmarking and strategic decision-making, Perform regular profitability analyses at the product and country level, identifying trends, and initiating corrective actions, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing projects and enhance profitability, Contribute to the development and improvement of pricing software and related processes. Sütlüce, İstanbul. How do we describe the perfect match?

Proven min 5 years experience in sales, pricing, or business development roles, preferably in an international environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, Proficiency in data analysis tools, pricing software, and digital platforms, Ability to monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to support strategic pricing decisions, Experience in profitability analysis and performance tracking at product and country levels, with the ability to drive corrective actions, A results-driven and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
