Location: 1842 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007
Compensation: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour

About the Role As a Facility Operations Shift Lead, you will manage the flow of food orders from kitchens to central processing, maintain a clean and organized facility, and serve as the reliable face of CloudKitchens for restaurant partners, drivers, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve and process orders from partner kitchens, ensuring accurate scanning and handoffs.
Maintain facility cleanliness, inventory supplies, and support administrative tasks.
Provide outstanding service to restaurant partners, facility team members, and drivers.
Act as a bridge between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers, fostering communication and problem solving.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Independent problem-solving and effective communication both in person and electronically.
Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or delivery app drivers is a good fit.
Benefits Flexible shift availability 7 days a week, from morning to night. 15–40 hours per week or full-time FTE.
