Restoration Supervisor
to oversee and lead restoration technicians. Benefits

Knowledge of disaster restoration industry (Water, Fire, Mold) Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform Coach and train restoration technicians and ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for certification of satisfaction Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines Maintain inventory of supplies Position Requirements
Valid driver’s license At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction Experience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required Certifications required:
OCT – Odor Control Technician
Certifications are preferred, but not required:
ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician OCT – Odor Control Technician
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance) climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
