and be a part of the team that solves the Navy's Personnel Modernization (PersMod) program. The program seeks a Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst to support Navy personnel systems in Millington, TN or New Orleans, LA.
The PersMod program delivers sailor self‑service and automation for high-volume routine transactions, enabling legacy system consolidation and interoperable capabilities across Navy systems. The Helpdesk Analyst will manage customer requests and provide solutions to system issues.
The Analyst will provide:
Software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS).
Customer assistance and problem resolution across diverse business areas.
Solutions to product or service‑related questions.
Responses to non‑routine customer calls, email, and web inquiries, serving as a single point of contact for problem resolution.
Basic Qualifications
HS Diploma
2+ years providing technical assistance and solutions in a technical call center or similar helpdesk position
Navy personnel systems experience desired; NSIPS software expertise highly desired
Secret clearance required
