Job Description Analyze state and local government laws to apply the requirements for obtaining critical sales and operational licenses within the assigned region. Engage with franchisees and corporate operations personnel to gather necessary information for completing applications and provide updates on licensing activities. Collaborate with state and local licensing officials to acquire pertinent licensing information. Maintain and oversee the assigned region's section of a comprehensive licensing database. Provide advice and counsel on the application of various licensing requirements to current and proposed operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze state and local laws to determine licensing requirements.
Gather and process information to complete licensing applications.
Provide updates on the status of licensing activities to relevant stakeholders.
Engage with state and local officials to obtain necessary licensing information.
Maintain the comprehensive licensing database for assigned regions.
Advise on licensing requirements for current and proposed operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree required.
Experience in mortgage or licensing.
Strong reading and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Extensive experience with database software programs.
Proven detail orientation and curiosity.
Work Environment The team comprises 40 members divided into three regions, each managed by a regional manager. Team sizes vary based on the number of stores, typically about 12 people per team. Opportunities for growth in accounting and cross‑training are available.
