Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is Wisconsin’s largest and most diverse technical college, offering over 170 high‑quality programs designed to rapidly connect students to careers. The Dean of Community Education seeks a bilingual Associate in Enrollment Services to provide comprehensive support in course selection, registration, and funding for adult basic education students. Language Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages. Responsibilities
Enrollment Processing & Documentation: Provide day‑to‑day processing of enrollment‑related paperwork, validate student documents, review registrations, drop/adds, transcripts, prepare documents for scanning, and complete registrations. Student Support & Communication: Offer daily customer service and technical assistance to students via phone, email, and in‑person; support Blackboard, self‑service, and password resets; refer students to appropriate MATC support services and community resources. Service Request Troubleshooting: Resolve and troubleshoot problems in daily processing of service requests related to application processing, testing, course selection, and registration. Operational Support: Process mail, email, and inquiries from internal and external sources; maintain electronic databases for grant tracking; coordinate testing schedules with instructors. Ethics and Confidentiality: Maintain honesty, confidentiality, and respectful handling of all student and employee matters. Collaborative Teamwork: Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, faculty, students, administrators, and vendors. Continuous Learning & Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in higher education and participate in trainings, workshops, and professional associations. Other Duties: Perform additional related duties as needed to support the division’s efficient operation and institutional objectives. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least three (3) years of office experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications

Start Date: Immediate; available around mid‑late January or early February 2026. Hours: Forty (40) hours per week, year‑round, 100% in‑person. No hybrid or virtual options. Work will be conducted within the State of Wisconsin. Compensation: Hourly pay range $17.86–$22.31, based on experience and internal equity. Benefits Summary

Retirement: Enrollment in Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) pension system as of day one for full‑time employees; optional 403(b) and 457 plans available. Sick Leave: Generous sick leave plan up to 165 days of full sick leave. Vacation: Earned at a generous rate each year. Paid & Floating Holidays: 12 paid holidays for non‑faculty positions and 7 for faculty; two floating holidays per employee per year.
