Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre‑Suit Attorney in our Jacksonville office. This opportunity allows you to learn personal injury law at the country’s premier plaintiff‑PI firm. Pre‑Suit Attorneys make mission‑critical decisions and play a significant role in the firm’s success.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work

Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval

Guide clients through the case process

Draft and file pre‑litigation documents

Complete TD approval for liability issues

Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages

Manage the release approval process

Manage a team of 6–10 case managers

Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive

Drive compliance and KPIs among the team

EUOs, PIP statements, recorded statements

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association

1+ years of personal injury experience

Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑lit cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Location & Salary Jacksonville, FL – $153,600.00 – $288,000.00
