Job Description District Manager
- $23/hour. Full Time.
The Manager works closely with HPH senior leadership as well as leadership at client location sites, ensuring the overall success of the transportation program within the district.
Responsibilities
Drive as needed to lead and support transportation operations.
Train staff, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
Handle payroll and scheduling for drivers.
Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct driver interviews and onboarding.
Deliver excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
Ensure all drivers adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Travel locally within the state to supervise routes and locations.
Qualifications
Preferred transportation experience.
Management/supervisory background.
Technologically savvy.
Familiarity with transportation industry regulations and compliance.
Full‑time position with general hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM—4:00 PM.
