About the Position As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction—from preconstruction through project close-out—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the central point of communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-end, architecturally significant projects. Typical responsibilities include:

Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and

forecasting Managing subcontractor procurement, contract

administration, and performance Overseeing site operations in partnership with the

Superintendent Ensuring safety compliance and quality control Preparing and presenting project status reports Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring

a positive project experience

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture,

or related field preferred Experience:

5–10 years of experience in construction project management Project Types: Urban multi-family housing,

institutional, or high-end residential projects Project Size: Typically $5M–$50M, or similar scale

relevant to luxury residential or complex urban work Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management

software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) Credentials: OSHA 30, PMP, or similar certification

preferred but not required Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules,

subcontractors, and complex project coordination
