Commercial and Residential Management Group is hiring a Leasing Agent for a 155‑unit apartment community, Burlington Tower, located in the Pearl District of Downtown Portland. The role focuses on customer service and detail‑oriented leasing for this high‑rise condominium, which includes a fitness center, controlled access, and monthly resident events. Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with a monthly $25.00 cell‑phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Full‑time, Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (40 hr/week). Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Assist residents, tour prospective tenants, and promote available units. Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience. Preferred: 1 year in property management, sales, or leasing. Basic knowledge of MS 365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Organized, motivated, and high‑energy. Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and fair‑housing regulations. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Benefits
