What Will You Do? You will get to work daily with potential candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates who are best‑matched with current position openings based on the HR interview, work history and availability. Once you have a selected candidate, you will coordinate an interview with the hiring manager and process all of the on‑boarding activities if selected. You will also assist the Field Recruiters in posting openings and sourcing candidates.
What Do You Need?
2+ years experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related role
Bilingual - Spanish & English speaking, preferred
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of application tracking systems and Human Resources policies and best practices
A positive, can‑do attitude!
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
