Responsibilities
Recruiting and staffing for all Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana locations
Onboarding and orientation for new employee
Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
Unemployment claim processing and hearings
Assigning training and tracking course completion for parts employees at all locations
Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
HR reporting

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
