Manager/Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Management & Operations

Manager/Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Management & Operations Our Cambridge based client is seeking an experienced data professional to oversee commercial data operations, master data management, and data warehouse performance. This role manages vendor data ingestion, builds and optimizes data marts, drives data quality, and serves as a cross‑functional data SME.

What You’ll Do

Manage MDM, data stewardship, and daily warehouse operations

Validate data from 50+ vendors and integrate syndicated sources (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.)

Build/optimize data marts and support Tableau reporting

Lead process improvements, documentation, UAT, and vendor access management

Troubleshoot data issues and support system integrations

What You Bring

5+ years in commercial data management, MDM, BI, or data warehousing

Strong SQL skills; cloud and Tableau experience a plus

Experience with syndicated and specialty pharmacy/distributor data

Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
