Your Role Victoria’s Secret Global Digital team is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Web Designer to help localize content for international audiences across Homepages, Display Ads, Social, Email, and Print assets. This role requires strong production and typography skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Description Design Breakdown: 60% repurposed from US brand | 40% original concept‑to‑completion work.

Your Impact

Execute projects under the guidance of Art Directors and Senior Web Designers.

Repurpose and create brand‑right marketing materials for international markets while adhering to global guidelines.

Create eye‑catching content in the form of static, GIF and/or MP4 animations.

Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Copy and Creative teams to support 360 campaigns (email, social, site launches, and digital marketing).

Partner with US Creative teams for seamless file hand‑offs and communication.

Work across VS and PINK brand style guides.

Maintain design libraries and patterning files.

Produce, optimize, and deliver web‑ready digital artwork.

Stay current on fashion, marketing, social trends, and design technology.

Manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.

Solve design challenges and adapt to evolving business needs.

Minimum Salary:

$76,100.00

Maximum Salary:

$99,855.00

Qualifications Your Experience

1–3 years experience in a corporate or agency setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or equivalent experience.

Strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Advanced typography skills for multilingual designs.

Skilled in photo editing, cropping, and composition.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD), Figma, Mac OS; Keynote a plus.

Basic motion graphics/video editing experience in After Effects.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Understanding of global e-commerce, UX/UI, responsive design, and web image optimization.

International experience or fluency in a second language is a plus.

Collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic team player.
