Hands‑on role supporting the production of high‑quality aircraft components

What’s a typical day as an Advanced Composite Technician III? You’ll be:
Manufacturing a wide variety of composite aircraft parts in a production environment
Performing complex composite functions such as lay‑up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and complex repairs
Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, Gulfstream specifications, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets
Using specialized tools and precision measuring equipment (6" scale, 1" micrometer, 6" dial caliper)
Inspecting completed work to ensure defect‑free assemblies prior to inspection
Maintaining required logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, CRABS, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.)
Supporting FOD, 5S, and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Providing technical support and collaborating with team members to resolve manufacturing issues
Performing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Three (3) years of related composite experience
Ability to work with composite resins and materials
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to use mathematical formulas to solve dimensional problems using fractions and decimals
Experience using precision measuring tools
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
Flexibility to work
any shift , as needed
Valid driver's license
