This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.The Workday analyst plays a critical role in management and administration of the Workday.HR system.

In this role you will manage system configurations, process user requests, and troubleshoot access or data issues.

You will liaise with the HR staff and business leaders to improve operational efficiencies through improved process optimization and reporting capabilities.

You will maintain a partnership with IT technical specialists for system upgrades and implementations.This role will be part of our global Workday team of 3 providing support for a workforce of 12,000 across 24 Countries as we operationally separate from Medtronic to an independent business.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Administer and configure Workday for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and managing updates and enhancements.* Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, conduct training to help users effectively utilize the Workday platform.* Develop, maintain and deliver customer reports and analytics, establish protocols for data integrity and security.* Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful system adoption**Minimum Requirements:*** Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 0 years of experience.**Nice to Have:*** Minimum of 4 years of Workday Configuration Experience* Proficiency is required in 2 of the following Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking. PR) locations (USD):$70,400.00 - $105,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).## ## The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
