Responsibilities
Provide support for all BCSE employees statewide.
Process all required Human Resources transactions in OASIS for new hires, resignations, retirements, leave of absence and related events.
Review, approve and post job openings and staffing request forms.
Review position description forms and interpret personnel policies and procedures.
Report any personnel issues to the Director.
Audit timecards each pay period and work closely with HR staff to make corrections and resolve issues.
Review off‑payroll and separation processes.
Provide training and guidance to managers.
Serve as the HR liaison with DoHS Payroll, Benefits, Workers Compensation, FMLA, Donated Leave, Office of Human Resource Management, Division of Personnel and other management entities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Substitution allowed: Related experience in human resources, payroll, bookkeeping or accounting at a rate of one year of experience for thirty semester hours of education.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Preference will be given to candidates with OASIS experience.
