Overview
This role provides application support for PepsiCo's Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems, which support safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise. The Application Support Analyst will manage day-to-day production support, including monitoring tickets, troubleshooting application and data issues, and supporting users across a global environment. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to navigate applications, databases, and operating systems, and clear communication with business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Support all applications in the PepsiCo Global Environment, Health and Safety area, covering Health/Safety, Environment, and Sustainability functions.
Identify and resolve application and data issues.
Navigate databases using moderate SQL skills.
Communicate technical issues with internal customers.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected compensation range: $84,000 – $140,650.
Bonus based on performance: 8% of annual salary paid annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Problem‑solving skills for identifying application and data issues.
Moderate technical navigation skills, including operating systems, SOAP UI experience a plus.
Database navigation skills – moderate SQL.
Communication skills for socializing technical issues with internal customers across all sectors.
