Software Development Responsibilities
Lead application and system operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction. Provide expert‑level troubleshooting and resolution for complex SQL and PL/SQL debugging issues. Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications and systems. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Respond to incident tickets, change requests, and service requests within defined SLAs. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for known issues. Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support as needed. Engage with clients during meetings and status reviews. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Support application deployment activities, patching, and upgrades. Identify improvement areas and automate manual processes. Communicate effectively, providing timely updates to stakeholders and end‑users. Manage client escalations and maintain professional communication with clients. Key Qualifications
Strong SQL/PLSQL debugging skills. Experience in advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management. Ability to analyze system performance and implement proactive solutions. Effective communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
