Our client is seeking a
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to join the
MuleSoft
team, the largest integration team within the organization (15-17 members). This role will backfill a critical position and requires a strong technical background combined with leadership capabilities to guide and manage the team effectively. Responsibilities
Program Management:
Manage features and user stories within Jira, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Maintain team performance and provide guidance to ensure smooth execution of technical tasks. Assign user stories based on team members' skillsets and monitor progress.
Technical Leadership:
Understand and manage technical aspects of projects, including MuleSoft ESB, Cloud Run, and related integrations. Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure best practices. Familiarity with tools such as SonarQube, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Technical Program Management experience. Background in software engineering with strong technical understanding.
Technical Skills:
MuleSoft ESB and Cloud Run expertise. Proficiency in Jira and GitHub Actions. Good to have: Google Cloud Platform and Salesforce experience.
Leadership Qualities:
Ability to lead and guide a team of 15-17 members. Strong organizational and communication skills.
