Epic seeks exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This role supports Epic’s growth as it expands into new global markets and negotiates multi‑million dollar agreements with leading healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Manage litigation and other legal matters.
Increase responsibility rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
