Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join our team and support two apartment communities—Barbur Heights and Moreland Place.

Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Wage Range:
$28.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)
Additional Compensation:
$80/month auto reimbursement Bonus opportunities
We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.
This is a mobile position, so you will need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. You’ll be traveling between multiple properties to complete work orders and support onsite teams.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring our communities remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections. Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds. Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
