Duties
Perform certification deficiency repairs—primarily replacing batteries and servicing fire extinguishers
Proactively troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out minor repairs
Document issues found in the field and relay information to senior technicians for further evaluation
Work closely with senior technicians to develop technical skills, gain hands‑on experience, and progress toward becoming a fully qualified Fire Alarm Service Technician, with opportunities for long‑term growth within the company.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of NFPA alarm system requirements and have the ability to interpret code books and handbooks.
Must have customer relations experience and skills.
