Job Description Delphi-US is a full-service technical recruitment firm headquartered in Rhode Island and serving clients throughout the United States. Our growing client list has led to a high volume of job orders, and we are looking to add multiple technical recruiters to our contingent labor and direct hire divisions.
We are interested in meeting with candidates that have prior staffing agency experience.
As a Delphi technical recruiter, you will:
Source and qualify potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
Manage candidate tracking in our database
Provide summary writeups on submissions to Sales
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Extend offers to potential hires and close
Onboard candidates
Required
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone presence
Comfort working with Microsoft Office applications
Capability to handle many open job orders at one time
A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
