Manhattan, New York, United States (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site presence expected, flexibility available) Compensation: Basic salary starts at $60,000 and can go up to $100,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission (no threshold or draw) + bonuses + sales incentives (quarterly lunch club, annual winners trip, prize draws) + healthcare + 401k + additional benefits Opportunity
Harnham’s New York Permanent team is hiring experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join a highly established, high‑performing desk. This is not a build‑from‑scratch role. You’ll be joining a mature, well‑known permanent function with long‑standing client relationships, consistent job flow, and a clear market reputation across Data, Analytics, and AI. We’re looking for consultants who want to run a full desk end‑to‑end, work with quality clients, and focus on billing, delivery, and account growth, without unnecessary noise or internal politics. Proven experience in a 360 recruitment agency/staffing role Strong billing history and confidence running a full desk Ability to manage clients and candidates end‑to‑end Commercial mindset with a focus on quality delivery Desire to work in a performance‑led environment Talent Acquisition professionals will be considered only if they have prior agency experience and a clear desire to return to a full 360 role.
