Summary The HR Coordinator supports the human resources team and broader site operations by performing critical administrative and entry‑level HR tasks. This role ensures accurate employee records, assists with recruitment and onboarding, supports payroll and benefits processes, and provides day-to-day HR assistance to employees and supervisors. The HR Coordinator helps maintain compliance with policies, labor regulations, and corporate standards, and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Essential Functions
Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Tracks and monitors employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
Assists with onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring new hires have necessary resources.
Enters new employees into company HRIS system.
Supports HR reporting processes by updating and preparing regular reports, metrics, and compliance records.
Responds to employee inquiries and provides general HR administrative support.
Assists with special HR projects, audits, and initiatives as needed.
Coordinates meetings, training sessions, and employee events in collaboration with the HR team.
Supports payroll processing, benefits enrollments, and timekeeping reviews as required.
Assists with other HR tasks and special projects under the direction of HR management.
Interacts with supervisors on missed punches and time entry questions.
Processes monthly life insurance billings on time and error‑free.
Works safely in all areas, identifies potential safety hazards, and works with management to correct hazards.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Data Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
