As an in-store shopper, you will utilize the latest technology to engage with customers through an app, shopping their orders and staging them for pickup. What You’ll Do
Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders
Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area
Properly handle all product, including properly bagging items to reach the customer
Make appropriate substitutions as needed and process payments
Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace
May be expected to carry out other customer service duties within the store, as needed, including running a register
Requirements
Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently

The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes standing and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, pushing a shopping cart, repetitive hand and arm movements, including using a computer, smart device and telephone. There is frequent reaching, including reaches above shoulder height, occasional to frequent bending, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5-20 pounds, with a maximum weight lifted of 45 pounds occasionally. May receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderately high, and trunk movement involves moderate to moderately high twisting, bending and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is mostly indoors and involves exposure to cold (33° - 55°) and freezing (0° - 20°) temperatures. The work environment also involves seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools and equipment used included a shopping cart, utility cart, shopping bags, computer, smart device, telephone, printer, cash register, and common office-related items.
