We’re seeking an
Endpoint Engineer
to deploy, manage, and secure the endpoint devices that keep our workforce productive and protected. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints across our organization.
In this role, you’ll use modern device management platforms like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and security of our endpoint infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, virtual endpoints).
Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot for large-scale device management.
Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, encryption, and compliance standards.
Automate device provisioning, patching, and application deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint performance, connectivity, and security issues.
Monitor endpoint health and generate reporting for compliance and audit requirements.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and Help Desk teams to improve end‑user experience and endpoint resilience.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing diverse endpoint environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot (or comparable MDM/EMM platforms).
Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and virtual desktops (VDI).
Understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills to support end users and IT stakeholders.
