Job Description
Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
Provide practical, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high‑quality representation
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role‑dependent)
1+ years of family law or litigation experience
Courtroom experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
