Key responsibilities
DataAnalysis& Reporting: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complexdatasets to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Generate and present reports and dashboards detailing compliance status, trends, and potential issues to management and other stakeholders.
Compliance Monitoring: Design and implement monitoring systems to detect and track compliance risks, irregularities, and deviations from established policies and regulations.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks associated withdatahandling and processing activities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes throughdata-driven insights and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with legal, IT, security, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance standards and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical parts of the documentation, including control narratives, process flows, and evidence logs, to support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
Regulatory Updates Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related todataprotection and compliance auditing to ensure the organization adapts its practices as needed.
